His Australian experience allowed him to develop a unique perspective, enriching his approach to the world of hospitality.
Back in Switzerland, he worked wonders revitalizing the Carlton, propelling it onto the international gastronomic scene. Building on these successes, Nicolas is now focused on new ambitious challenges. With expertise ranging from oenology to international travel, he is ready to once again revolutionize the Swiss hospitality landscape.
Since 2016, as associate director at Artyma Concept SA, Laurent brings his financial expertise and strategic vision, contributing to the growth of the company. His commitment to the catering and hotel sector, notably with Les Boucaniers and Le Contretemps, reflects his dynamism and his involvement in these areas.
Laurent also developed his international finance experience by working at UEFA as a manager and chief accountant, where he gained a solid understanding of global financial issues. His previous experiences at PwC laid the foundation for his corporate finance expertise.
